Greena Eco Courses and Research

Geoff Billingtons’  Greena Eco is planning an exiting Bat Research year this year!

Radio tracking in Lesvos, (May)  Research trip to Lefkada, (June)  Lemnos (October) and a training trip to train local people in a destination to be revealed later is being currently discussed.

Geoff will devise bespoke training courses for small groups in UK who are wishing to increase their depth of understanding for surveying bats in trees and woodlands or learn more advanced survey techniques, Bat detector workshops and sound analysis courses, and he also will run short courses introducing beginners to some of the aspects of conducting bat surveys. Geoff and Jacquie Billington are both Bat licence trainers and full licence training courses are also being devised.

Greena Eco is situated in the bat rich South West of UK and has a designated lecture room to use for presentations, and close access to very good bat rich habitat.

Please contact Geoff if you would like to discuss a course or research trip.
